1. Introduction

Welcome to the Joshua Ingram T/A I plan Architectural Services website accessible at www.iplanarchitecturalservices.co.uk. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of architectural drawing packages and related design services by Joshua Ingram (the “Company”) to the Client.

By instructing “Joshua Ingram T/A I Plan Architectural Services”, accepting a quotation, or making payment for Services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms, together with any written quotation, proposal, scope of works, or order confirmation issued by Joshua Ingram T/A I Plan Architectural Services, form the entire agreement between the parties. 

2. Your Privacy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which also govern your use of Joshua Ingram Services, to understand our practices. Joshua Ingram T/A I Plan Architectural Services will collect your personal information including your name, contact details, and payment details, in our proprietary and third-party algorithms.  All personal information will be handled, used, maintained, and disclosed by Joshua Ingram T/A I Plan Architectural Services in accordance with all applicable privacy laws and data protection laws as well as our Privacy Policy which applies from time to time.

By using Joshua Ingram Services, you acknowledge and agree that we may use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy. You warrant to Joshua Ingram T/A I Plan Architectural Services that you will comply with all privacy laws and data protection laws (including, without limitation, the UK GDPR, & European Union data privacy laws) in relation to the storage, use, and transfer of personal information.

3. Our Services

Joshua Ingram T/A I Plan Architectural Services is an architectural design practice specialising in the preparation and delivery of professional drawing packages for residential and commercial projects.

We offer two types of architectural drawing services:

  1. Planning Application Drawings. We prepare drawings suitable for submission to the relevant Local Planning Authority.

  2. Building Regulations Application Drawings. We also prepare technical drawings suitable for submission under Building Regulations.

Our role is strictly limited to the preparation of drawings based on information and measurements supplied by the Client.

Furthermore, we do not:

  1. Conduct site visits (unless separately agreed in writing);

  2. Carry out measured surveys;

  3. Provide structural engineering services (unless separately agreed);

  4. Supervise or manage construction works.

All services are provided exclusively online via our website.

4. Planning Application & Building Regulation Disclaimer

All Planning Applications and Building Regulations Applications are determined solely by the relevant Local Authority.

We:

  1. Do not guarantee approval;

  2. Do not guarantee timelines for determination;

  3. Are not responsible for conditions imposed or refusals issued by the authority.

  4. Third party fees may be required when requested by the Local Authority for both planning and building regulations applications.

Refusal, delay, or conditional approval does not entitle the Client to a refund.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client is entirely responsible for the accuracy of all measurements and information supplied.

The Client must:

  1. Provide accurate, clear and readable measurements;

  2. Supply supporting photographs of the property;

  3. Provide relevant site information, constraints, and existing layout details;

  4. Ensure all dimensions are correct prior to submission.

The Client expressly accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of all measurements provided.

6. Measurement and Verification Disclaimer

All drawings are prepared strictly from measurements supplied by the Client. We accept no liability whatsoever for:

  1. Incorrect or incomplete measurements;

  2. Dimensional discrepancies;

  3. Scaling errors arising from supplied information;

  4. Video demonstrations and instructions can only be used as guidance only and cannot be responsible for measurements

  5. Any costs, delays, variations, redesign work, or remedial construction work resulting from inaccurate measurements.

All measurements must be independently verified on site by the appointed contractor prior to the commencement of any building works. Failure to independently verify measurements is entirely at the Client’s risk.

7. Payment and Fees

All services must be paid in full at the time of purchase via the website. Prices are as displayed at checkout.

Work will commence only after full payment and receipt of required information

8. Our Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke and digital nature of the services provided:

  1. All payments are final.

  2. No refunds are provided once work has commenced.

  3. Application refusal, regulatory rejection, delay, or change of mind does not entitle the Client to a refund.

By completing checkout, the Client expressly agrees to this no refund policy.

9. Copyright and Other Rights

All content included in or made available by Joshua Ingram T/A I Plan Architectural Services, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, video and audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations is the property of {Joshua Ingram T/A I Plan Architectural Services} and is protected by the United Kingdom and international copyright and authors’ rights laws and (where applicable).

Other than to the extent necessary to use Joshua Ingram Services for their permitted purposes and in accordance with these Terms, you may not copy, extract and/or re-utilize any content of Joshua Ingram T/A I Plan Architectural Services without our express written consent, including, without limitation, any listings, descriptions, prices and account information. In particular, you may not utilize any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) for re-utilization any substantial parts of Joshua Ingram T/A I Plan Architectural Services or their content, without our express written consent. You may also not create and/or publish your own database that features substantial parts of Joshua Ingram T/A I Plan Architectural Services or their content without our express written consent.

10. Prohibited Use

As a User of the Service, you agree to abide by the following guidelines; you must not:

  1. Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to act unlawfully

  2. Engage in misleading, fraudulent, or unethical sales practices.

  3. Copy, misuse, or distribute any content or branding of Joshua Ingram T/A I Plan Architectural Services service without permission.

Breach of these terms may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Services.

11. Children’s Privacy

Joshua Ingram T/A I Plan Architectural Services is design for users aged 16 and over. By using the service, you confirm you are legally able to enter into a contract. We do not target or knowingly collect data from children under 16. Under UK GDPR, digital consent applies from age 13, and under EU GDPR, from age 16 (unless a lower national age applies).If we learn a child’s data has been collected without consent, we will delete it immediately. 

12. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We handle all client information, and materials, as confidential and use them only for the purpose of delivering our services. We will not disclose client information without consent unless required by law. For B2B and institutional clients, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) where needed. We also support reasonable information security requirements and professional confidentiality standards.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and other relevant privacy regulations. Where a client requires a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), we will enter into one and will apply appropriate safeguards for any international data transfers.

13. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

If you are an EU-based individual consumer (not a business client), you may have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of entering the contract, without providing a reason, in accordance with EU and UK consumer protection law. 14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  1. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or financial loss.

  2. We shall not be liable for contractor costs, project delays, loss of profits, material orders, or construction errors.

  3. We shall not be liable for any works undertaken based on inaccurate or unverified measurements.

Our total liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fee paid for the relevant service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  1. Your use of the Service

  2. Your violation of these Terms

  3. Your violation of any third-party rights

16. Termination

We may terminate or restrict your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination:

  1. Your right to use the Service ceases immediately

  2. These Terms remain in effect for matters occurring before termination

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

  1. The updated Terms will be posted on this page

  2. The "Last updated" date will be changed

  3. Significant changes may be communicated via email 

Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The Parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Service.
